These Terms of Use govern your use of the FinPusula app and the finpusula.com website. By using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

FinPusula is personal finance software that provides a safe daily spending limit, budget and financial forecasts based on the income, expense, installment, loan and savings data you enter. The service is for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute investment advice or legal or tax consultancy. You are responsible for the financial decisions you make.

2. Account and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for actions taken under it.
The accuracy of the data you enter is your responsibility; incorrect data may lead to incorrect forecasts.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or in a manner that jeopardizes the security of the system.

3. Premium Subscription and Payment

Core features are free. Advanced features (AI finance coach, statement/receipt scanning, advanced budgets, payment calendar, etc.) are unlocked with a premium subscription. The terms of subscription sales are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement (Turkish). Sales and payments are carried out through the Merchant of Record, Paddle; the invoice is issued by Paddle.

4. AI Features

The AI coach and advice features generate automated suggestions based on the data provided. These suggestions do not guarantee definitive outcomes or professional advice; they are for informational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the FinPusula brand, logo, interface, texts and software are reserved. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission. The data you enter belongs to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". FinPusula does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Seller cannot be held liable for the financial decisions made by the user, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes and Termination

The Seller may update the scope of the service and these terms by giving prior notice. In the event of a breach of the terms, the account may be suspended or terminated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
